Terms and Conditions: DataTribe Challenge 2025

1. By submitting a deck and any related information to DataTribe, you hereby authorize DataTribe and its affiliates to receive and review the information contained therein.
2. You further authorize DataTribe to share this information with individuals who may have knowledge of technologies or industries related to your submission. You acknowledge that information shared with outside parties includes, but is not limited to, any relevant company materials, including pitch deck, executive summaries, and other collateral materials, as well as information provided by you in email to DataTribe.
3. DataTribe asserts no ownership over the data you submit but reserves the right to use this data to evaluate your company as an investment opportunity.
4. You agree that if you are selected as a finalist for the DataTribe Challenge, DataTribe may use your name(s), logo(s) from your company, and photos or videos of you in marketing relating to the DataTribe Challenge.
5. If you are selected as a finalist, DataTribe may make a variety of business support services and advice available to you. By accepting those services, you agree that while they represent the experience and perspectives of DataTribe, the services are provided as-is and without guarantee of success or investment.
6. You represent and affirm that you are lawfully permitted to enter the DataTribe Challenge, and you acknowledge that entry is no guarantee of being selected as a finalist or receiving any value, monetary or in-kind, from DataTribe.
